DiGuiseppe was commissioned to provide design and procurement services for Evercore Companies, originally based in Houston, and relocating to Aurora, where DiGuiseppe designed the 418 luxury rental units in four story buildings , which included upscale multiple amenities , lobbies, corridors, model apartments, as well as their regional offices and the leasing office. The Amenities included a community room, club house with a demonstration commercial kitchen, media, business center, virtual golf, putting green, dog wash, bicycle storage and workshop, outdoor pool with Jacuzzi and bar b que, fitness center with hot yoga, and community vegetable gardens. The construction methods and materials used for the project qualifies it as a “Sustainable Community” |
