Asbury Park Hotel & Conference Center

The project concept called for a new 250 room conference center hotel which incorporates the historical Casino and Carousel on the Boardwalk in Asbury Park, New Jersey. This concept called for the reuse and retrofit of the historical boardwalk buildings into a catering facility, full service spa, bar and indoor pool. The new buildings – a Hotel, Conference Center, and loft residences – were conceived to incorporate historical references of the seaside grand hotels.
