THE OLYMPIC HOTEL
Project Description
The design/ development of a 154 room full service, four star hotels, centered on sustainability, spa and wellness, including farm to table cuisine. The design parti called for an interior open air courtyard above the first floor, and a roof pool and bar on the front setback. This site was the Olympic Theatre, named after the 1938 Olympics held in LA. The development called for retaining a portion of the upper façade, and acquiring NMTC as well as development tax concessions under the Los Angeles Adaptive Reuse program. The development would be funded using the EB-5 program. |
