Project Description
An existing independent hotel which was looking to acquire a brand which would require increasing the room count, and change the style of the building. The design parti called for a tower to be built over the existing lobby, all within the allowable zoning envelope and upgrading the existing rooms and amenities. Exterior finishes and interior circulation was reconfigured to allow the tower structure. |
