Project Description
Project concept for a second facility for the recently opened Emerson Resort & Spa in Mount Tremper calls for a 40 room boutique, full service hotel along with 40 fractional residential units set in a sloping site that affords treeline views at balcony height. The facility has a full service spa, restaurant and indoor and outdoor pool and bar / lounge. All hotel rooms and fractional units have unobstructed views of the Catskill Mountains to the north and south. The design concept includes Art Deco elements found in the public architecture of upstate New York. |
