Project Description
The design/ development of a 300 room five star hotel tower, connected to the historical landmarked Variety Arts Building, a 1901 Theatre. The design parti and development plan was to use the Historic structure as the entry for the hotel and the amenities and connect the building at the fifth floor. The lower base level of the tower would be used for automated parking of over 200 cars, with office and housekeeping above. The Development would have the capital stack reduced by NMTC and Historical Tax credits, and financed by EB-5 and private equity. |
